single user option required

I am the one and only user of my PC, I am not currently connected to any network (except the Internet & cable TV) however someone has decided that I need to provide access for at least the following Users:
Administrator - Size on disk 32.3 MB Contains 133 Files, 79 Folders All Users - Size on disk 4.80 GB Contains 3 536 Files, 261 Folders Default User - Size on disk 31.9 MB Contains 134 Files, 79 Folders Hidden HP_Administrator - Size on disk 7.25 GB Contains 7 628 Files, 753 Folders LocalService - Size on disk 764 KB Contains 26 Files, 40 Folders Hidden NetworkService - Size on disk 536 KB Contains 8 Files, 26 Folders Hidden
After trying to Upgrade to Vista I had to format C:\ and run HP_Recovery to reinstall WinXP/HP Media Center. At present Start\Control Panel\User Accounts only shows the HP_Administrator account and a inactive Guest Account. As the current login screen only shows the HP_Administrator account I guess I have to do the 'secret' double CTRL\ALT\DLT thing to log on to the Administrator account.
On my previous PC running WinXP Home Edition I deleted the All Users and Default User Folders - After rebooting they were back and in addition All Users.Windows and Default User.Windows folders were created.
Also on my previous PC I tried to connect to a older PC with a crossed seriai cable - I managed to get the 'Network' to connect and my Admin account folder " Dave" spawned "Dave.TOYBOX" and "Dave~1~TOY".
OK, so HP and MS both want backdoor access via their own admin accounts and Big Brother (FBI CIA RCMP) want in via All Users and/or Default User. However I would still like to recover some of the gigabytes of hard drive now tied up.
OK, so MS dosn't really care about backdoor access to my computer but MS dosn't talk to HP - if they did KB908531 wouldn't disable my keyboard.

Well "Administrator" in Vista is the same one as in XP but it only works in Safemode now (supposedly)... I see that as a good thing though.. In my support work I often come across corrupted user accts where the only one left standing is that good old default administrator (and then we can repair the system)
"default user" is not really a user, just a place the system stores all the default settings for when you need to create another user on the system. "all users" is also not really a user. Its where the system stores icons/settings etc that show up in all user profiles instead of just specific ones.
